Recently I received an email. I recognised the name but honestly couldn't tell if it was spam or worse as my last contact with them was pre-internet! I took and chance to reconnect rekindling old memories. Today is Thanksgiving in the USA. A day to remember and to give thanks. I wish to thank all those individuals who have crossed my path over the years through thick and thin, good times and bad. I would not be who I am nor where I am without you. Thank you.

Lean on Me
The new year beckons, 2020 is a but memory. The calendar ahead lures us into our future with possibilities, opportunities, chequered with setbacks and disappointment. Sometimes overwhelm wins and we feel totally alone in our journey. Despite outward appearances of holding ‘it’ together The worst part about being strong is that no one ever asks if you are ok. anon A kind word, a hug, or simply holding space silently in total acceptance and presence is all it takes. Just being there for someone can sometimes bring hope when all seems hopeless. Charles Schlutz
This week I invite you to listen to Bill Withers and take his advice to Lean on me when you are not strong, I'll be your friend, I'll help you carry on.
