Give the gift of direction and purpose to your teen and save yourself thousands of dollars of university fees on unfinished degrees. This program is career counselling 101 composed of assessment tools to develop an inventory of self understanding including personal interests, aptitudes and skills. They will learn about the world at work, how to evaluate options and explore possibilities. In addition they will learn practical techniques to conquer fears, build resilience, maintain focus and find inner peace. One on one or in a small group of 2-4.

Using her extensive knowledge of human performance, psychometrics, executive coaching and the world at work Martha developed a program specifically focused on teens to help them make conscious choices leading to a life of higher personal engagement and greater satisfaction in all aspects of one’s life.
Looking at your future as a personal strategic plan we help you plan for and identify options with a solid understanding of preferences, interests and strengths. You will learn how to evaluate choices, balance pros and cons of each and how to mitigate the stress of being a round peg in a square hole. The overarching goal is to lead a life of choice, one fuelled by passion and personal fulfilment.
Martha and Susan Kleinschmidt developed Red Doors Unlocking Futures in 2008 to support their own teenagers all of whom now working in their field of choice. Using this template Martha created another corporate offering called Me Myself and You. In this workshop executives develop a greater understanding of self. Upon completion clarity is assured, values are aligned with actions and greater career satisfaction and engagement ensues.
Martha is a certified career counsellor, certified professional facilitator, executive coach, and is trained in numerous psychometric tools. She spent 28 years working with senior management to enhance productivity and engagement through the identification of one’s purpose and self understanding.
