Pace Yourself.
When we are in a constant state of flux, we make mistakes, take shortcuts, stress ourselves leading invariably to burnout. Life is a long haul. Listening to your own personal rhythm is the key to arriving in better shape. Whatever your situation, age, or goals, this week I invite you to take a pause, and to 'Adopt the pace of nature, patience' - Ralph Waldo Emerson. Patience for ourselves and our own mistakes, patience for our parents, friends, children and even strangers. When facilitating we use the Stop Reflect Write and Report technique, this week I invite you to Stop, Breathe, Refocus, and Move Forward. See the difference it makes.

This month we celebrate our second anniversary with a number of events. This week we added another gong meditaiton on Thursday evening at 1900 followed by a condensed two day Introduction to Gong playing workshop concluding with an all night gong puja. My teacher, the foremost Gong Master, Don Conreaux will be here for a concert for humanity with our house band, One Love on March 17 and the global launch of the Starhenge Peace Garden workshop March 18-19. March 20 is our celebration of spring where we play the planet gongs in alignment with the night sky for our second anniversary. I look forward to seeing you soon.
Go well.
