he study of hado tells us that the energetic vibrations from our thoughts affect our physical realities.
Hado, a word made of two Japanese characters meaning 'wave' and 'move' is a concept that has existed in Japan for centuries. It describes the energy vibrations present in all things, animate and inanimate, residing everywhere, even in the air. Imagine walking through a manicured Japanese garden, or among the redwoods, the life force you feel is hado.
Dr. Masaru Emoto said “Hado creates words. Words are the vibrations of nature. Therefore beautiful words create beautiful nature. Ugly words create ugly nature. This is the root of the universe.”
Dr. Emoto froze water from various sources in vials that had words either said over them or written on a piece of tape stuck to bottom. He repeatedly observed that positive uplifting thoughts such as thank you, gratitude, love, peace, truth, harmony, created beautiful snowflakes, while negative throughs or words such as evil, you fool, you disgust me, and hate created misshapen or irregular ones. Not only that, when the snowflakes started to melt, the higher vibratory water continued to create beautiful 3D growth while the others simply melted. He observed the same results using music. So not only do positive thoughts align our vibratory rate, we can also magnify it.
This week I invite you to bring uplifting thoughts into your consciousness to create an aura of hado for yourself and others. Give thanks before each meal, express gratitude to others, smile at a stranger, the more you do so, the more positive changes you will create in every area of your life as you stride into the new year.
Any idea, plan or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought. Napolean Hill
