Perspective - a particular way of considering something, to compare something to other things so that it can be accurately and fairly judged
We learned in our Kundalini Mind and Meditation training of the three minds: negative, positive and neutral. Each serves as a filter to evaluate information perceived by our senses to drive our behaviour. One is our default.
It is not what you look at that matters it is what you see. - Henry David Thoreau
Like a kaleidoscope our perspective shifts. The negative mind is the first to perceive danger and all that can possibly go wrong. Our instinct is survival. The positive is full of possibilities regardless of whether or not they are practical while the neutral mind allows a response from a place of detachment, of being in the moment, connected to our intuition.
If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at begin to change. - Wayne Dyer
I am sure you recognise negative nannies or Pollyanna's. However we all use all three minds. Learning to observe when we use each, to switch between them and to make decisions from a place of quiet ease and knowing will foster a life of purpose and destiny.
You can't live a positive life with a negative mind. - Anon.
