Last week a friend gifted me a lovely cross stitch pillow. Not made of felt or in the shape of a heart it never-the-less touched my heart knowing the amount her time and effort to make it.
Heartfelt wishes are genuine and delivered sincerely. When words are both true and kind, they can change the world. Buddha. Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
