CLEANSING RITUAL

Enclosed is everything you need to perform an energy cleansing ritual at home. Begin with finding a time you will not be interrupted. Open a window to allow the negative energy to escape.

Light the Salt Candle and place it in the center of your space to be cleansed.

Sit and gaze at the candle while holding the Selenite Wand in your hands, take some deep breaths and set an intention for your ritual.

Pick up the Abalone Shell, Sage and Feather. Light the end of the sage by holding it at 45°.

Start at a door and move around the room following the intersection of the wall with the floor. Send the energy of the purifying smoke into the corners using the feather and sprinkle a few grains of Pink Himalayan Salt there too.

Move in a clockwise direction through each room repeating your intention until you return where you started. Go back to the candle, sit, close your eyes and breathe. Feel the energy, be the energy.

The Cleansing Room Spray may be used in conjunction with the above ritual or alternatively on its own as an space energy ‘pick me up’. Shake first then a few pumps will suffice.
