Sat nam.
The theme for February is change and like this seasonal firecracker plant we grow, blossom in all our glory and then fade, die and repeat. The Chinese light firecrackers and bang gongs to scare off evil spirits. Both are also used to celebrate new beginnings.
This week I invite you to embrace the cycle of transformation rather than fight it. Each spring we till the soil in the garden removing rocks and dead roots to make space for new growth. What do you wish to grow in your life? Make space by reviewing habits, your way of being, possessions that define you and actively weed out what is holding you back from achieving your dreams.

We have said our good byes to Mehtab Benton who shared with us eight days of gong workshops with participants hailing from Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and the Philippines. This culminated with an all night puja with a full house of gong players. Thank you to all for coming and making it such a memorable and enriching time together.
Next week I start to live my dream of sharing gongs in other countries by playing at Wonderfruit in Pattaya as well as The Siam Hotel in Bangkok. Looking ahead I will lead an introduction to playing the gong in March followed by another puja. Don Conreaux will be here for a concert for humanity and the Starhenge Peace Garden workshop to coincide with our second anniversary. Our evening gong baths now include more variety with themes including planetary alignment evenings. Please make a note of One Love's change of time for Friday's concert as well. I look forward to seeing you soon.
Go well.
