To love, to be loving and to be loved.
In the past 48 hours I made this pair of mittens for my son who is overseas at university. With every stitch I thought of him. I was even chanting along to Hummee Hum (heart mantra) as I was knitting. As his cold hands will be kept warm in the nice Italian wool, I know his heart will feel my loving embrace on those cold spring days. University can be lonely at times and something from home, made from the heart, with loving hands makes everything seem ok.

The gongs are already packed for their first visit to Thailand to spread the sound current with a new audience. Tomorrow night we will do Raindrop self or partner foot massage along with a gong meditation. March 9-11 I lead a three day gong workshop followed by an all night puja. Don Conreaux will be here for a concert for humanity and the global launch of the Starhenge Peace Garden workshop March 17-19. March 20 is our planetary celebration of spring and our second anniversary. I look forward to seeing you soon.
